Hello all!
My name is Mike. I live in MD near MSD. I am hearing, but have recently started riding my bike around downtown Frederick, and have met a number of deaf/hoh folks out and about. I took several sign language courses in college, but am extremely rusty (more than I thought I would be haha). Forgot how friendly and amazing the Deaf community really is. Came here to get back to that community, maybe make some friends, etc. I will be moving to Tampa FL soon, and was hoping to find friends down that way as well.
 
Thank you! Any Florida folks here? Just getting settled in Tampa. It's beautiful! But I don't know anyone here :(
 
Tampa does have a very large deaf community. Do a search for Tampa events. I bet you will score well with that search.

Hi my name is tunni. I live in Wesley chapel FL near tampa. I am severely hearing impaired
I know sign language but not so expert as deaf person. I can be your friend. I need more friends
Mom passed away last year are you vaccinated.? Sorry I don't drive though.

Oh yeah? I live in Orlando, Florida. Try go to Deaf Expo at Kissimmee, FL every year. So, you can meet deaf people there. take a public bus or Taxi.
