Call TTY

Hello everybody!!! I am developing a software for deaf people, but I need a simulator/emulator tty, but I can only find CallTTY. Do you know any that is similar to CallTTY?
 
Maybe you should explain a little bit more of what this is. Reason I say this is TTY's are dinosaurs now. However, I really can't be sure how many TTY's are still in use....

You may have something totally unrelated to what I said so, please expand on this. And welcome to Alldeaf....
 
TTY is on ground at home. it cannot go out anywhere. Hello, iphone4 and android devices. lol
 
I agree with you! The TTY system is flawed, but here in Brazil is
must have at least one TTY in all public places, so we are
development and try to improve this service to enhance the quality of life
deaf, however we are developing another system that is a IVVR, an ura video for deaf people with a brokerage call center.
