Actually, we are buning here in S.California. Too many fires. Too many problems hard to breath.
 
who lives in Los Angeles? Can some one help me with my ASL? I have taken a class, but I need to practice, is there someone out there that can help me, I sign very little. Or can someone poit out a deaf or hoh group so I can join here in LA?.
 
Fire everywhere in CA! That's IT. I'm packing my bags and leaving the state for good.

Poor economy. Stupid governor. Too few Supercenter Wal*Marts. Horrible gas prices. And horrible food prices. Unfriendly deaf community. And now...wildfires!

I have never been to California, but wouldn't mind visiting it one day. We had the opportunity to go to Palm Springs last March, but we declined because we hadn't the financial means. Glad we didn't go, because the only reason why my mom's family wanted to go there was for the shopping. No thanks. If I ever go to California, I want to visit the tourist sites.

I was married and had a baby boy (hearing) in Riverside, California and stayed there for three years and then after I got the divorce, I moved to Los Angeles for job with my son. I get along pretty good in the Deaf communities. I only stay there for a year or a year and half. I cannot remembered when I had left California. :scratch:
