Mark Byrd is a real person. Like I said before. However his stories are questionable. Lawyer, daughter etc..

Yes there was an IP address (which by the way took me forever to find) that when entered showed 3 users with the same IP. Byrdie718, Squirt and Twinkletoes. After briefly chatting with TT, one hour later Byrdie was alive and well and the IP addresses started to reset because Byrdie figured out he was caught.

That happens Shel and trust me I really didn't want to be right for the sake of everyones feelings. Right when I saw the obit I said to myself "This isn't going to turn out good" I had reservations about going to the other mods about it at the time but I went to one. Shared what I came up with and he agreed with me. I was afraid they would either be mad at me for thinking what I did or think I was crazy.. Im just glad the truth is out and we as a community can heal now.

I know that feeling... You suspect something, but you don't want people be mad at you or appear to be paranoid. Sometimes it is better to wait it out until you have more information. and you did a good job at it.

I am extremely stunned why would Brian dare to saying all those hoax to the AllDeaf members. We are here who shows how much we do cherish with Byrdie.

Aren't you trying to tell us that he is still alive??? It makes me so angry because I was very sad for few days because my husband passed away at age 40 years old. It breaks my heart when I read Byrdie's nephew comment about his uncle dying and very serious condition.

Otherwise, I am so glad that you did excellent job to do investigation on ISP in this website to make sure there are two same people sign up.

Unbelievable, how dare do Byrdie to us ?? That is totally disgusted! It makes me very upset to think about my husband, Andrew (America Chopper).

Thanks Candy and Alex for more careful to investigate on the members's ISP number. I do not know what else to say right now, it makes my stomach very nausea. Gotta to go now.

I have PMed jillio and she has yet to reply. It would be horrible if we all fell to this "elaborate" game or better yet.. scheme.

I do have the best intentions however they all are for this community.

You know - I think the whole thing started with naisho being allowed to create a 2nd AD name and Jillio being banned for a month. That must be a tipping point for Byrdie.

It did not have anything to do with me being banned for a month. I was not involved in this deception in any way, and am just as shocked as anyone else regarding this turn of events. I will be happy to turn over all emails I supposedly received from Byrdie's partner. I was a victim in this scam the same as everyone else was. To suggest that I had anything to do with this is absurd.

I am pretty sure it is just our website and maybe others he may have been on. This whole situation made me so sick to my stomach especially the part of this situation where I had to wait a few days while people made him memorial pictures and beautiful poems. I knew the day his obit was pasted it was false I just had the info for him and squirt which could have easily been argued. I am not saying thank God this happened but I am kind of thanking God that he was stupid enough to make a 3 profile yesterday or else we would have never known. After I asked "twinkletoes" where she was from, I am not even kidding less than an hour later he was alive and well, he assumed we were stupid but then figured out why I was asking where she was from. Something probably clicked in his head after that where he had to quickly make up another lie to cover the already terrible lie he told everyone. I was able to sleep last night people knew the truth, but i woke up super early today to make sure our members are okay and are dealing with this..

We mods and all the members in this community are here. Just let it out.. You have a right to be pissed!

Thank you, Candy. I'll only speak for myself here, but I'm OK. Hurt, angry, and in shock, but OK. No one has heard from Jillio that i know of, so I hope SHE is OK. She was pretty close to Byrdie, so this has had to hit her hard.

Thank you again for working so hard to get this sorted out. I know it wasn't easy on you to sit on it, but thank you for handling this with such great care.

That's not what Jiro is saying...he was speculating on why would Byrdie do something like this...that you being banned for a month along with the fake AD thread could have set him off cuz after the fake AD thread, Squirt showed up...

I don't think that's what he was saying. He was just wondering if Byrdie did this because he didn't like the way AD does things.
