It's for communicating with the more linguistically-challenged Deaf. I'm grateful for them and my wife should be one as she is great with them but she doesn't do that anymore.

Speaking of idiots ... this person (kfc) just put the bow on his own idiot package with this statement. If he watches, he can't hear? He must have to sit on his couch and try and follow a TV program between alternately covering his eyes (so he can hear what they say) and then covering his ears (to see what they are doing) because clearly he can't do both at the same time :roll:.
