Buying Windows 7

Roger that, I believe that they got the file names mixed up and uploaded the 64 bit twice.

And yes, I am aware that there is no choice but to do a clean install, which is no problem as Ive backed up the files and have been wanting to do a clean install for a while anyway.

Well, i got an email back from them, asking me what my CPU type is. I told them my CPU type and that it can only handle Windows 7 32 bit. They suggested I try downloading the file w7p64.iso and installing.

I had already tried this as I thought a similar thing as them- i thought they might have mixed up the file names and did a swap on them. But alas, this file does not work as well and comes up with the same error message.

Ive emailed them back saying that none have work and have asked them to give me a correct 32 version of the file.

I will tell you from first hand experience, all of my systems have been converted to Windows 7. I am not just saying it to say because I am affiliated with Microsoft. I can truly stand behind this product and tell you straight away it works very reliably, fast and extremely stable. The 64bit version is a real powerhouse as well.
