Yes he loves deaf and a valuable man ... but ... hoichi as a cop in any form is hard to wrap my mind with... can we make him mayor or something instead? Or at the least no uniform... I do not think my brain could take it...

I think TCS would be a good candidate to be sheriff .
 
I would establish a psych ward that is FUN unlike those other boring ones that focus on treatment.

Of course , there will be a dog park for large dogs and one for small dogs cats , horses, cows ! There will be a farm and we can grow our own veggies and have chicken for eggs. :)
