[EDIT] I can't find anything that says they won or lost..could still be pending. I did find that they are suing Black & Decker too because that is who made the toaster.
The rule of thumb is to sue anybody who has any money...The maker of the pop-tart..the maker of the toaster...suprised they aren't suing the builders of their house for not making it fireproof.
