Inauguration Day, January 20. Bush's approval ratings are only 44%, while 54% of Americans disapprove of his job performance.
This has got to be a record low for newly a reelected or incoming president.

Rasmussen Reports has changed the way they report Bush's approval rating. Rather than polling whether voters somewhat or strongly approve or disapprove approve, they now provide only two options: approve or disapprove. The numbers for Jan. 21 remain the same:

44% approve, 54% disapprove.

Ahh, this report sounds like beautiful music to me...

Of COURSE we know that the number of people who disapprove is MUCH higher than that.
It is only a matter of time before the truth about Bush's complicity on 911 will be crystal-clear and widely known, and hopefully he will face the firing squad.

Look like I was correct all along. *cough* Where the support of the war? See that Reba? :aw:

No, it doesn't have anything to do with support for the war. The survey questioned Bush's "job approval". The survey did not ask about the war.

Some people support the war but still don't approve of Bush's "job" for other reasons (Social Security, economy, conservative policies, whatever). Some of those people who don't approve of Bush's actions also include those who think he is not attacking forcefully enough, not just people who are against war.

It was a very general survey, and doesn't break down the reasons for approval or disapproval.

More people obviously disapprove of the Iraq "war." Just google and see for yourself...you will find that CNN itself (YES! CNN!! WHOAAA!) admits it. If CNN puts the disapproval rating so high, mannnn, Monkeyboy is in trouble.
And people OVERWHELMINGLY consider Bush to be a traitor to our troops.

Oh. my. gosh! I learned something new about Time Magazine. I was wondering why Time Magazine choose him as a person of the year... Now I understand.

Stalin, Hitler and Bush. Hmm. You can notice the similarities among them.

I know that Reba, Why do you think we have problems with economy, Social Security, Homestead Act, promise and future of our country and schools All of that had to do with the war, Think about it. That is why American people do not agree with what Bush is doing for America.
