The second one is so so so cruel. I've been in that situation before when I was walking home from work. That's why I take a longer route on a rainy day, to avoid it from happening to me again.

Yeah, I've went through the worst. When I stand at bus stop and eating ice cream, there was a truck passing by, the mix of mud/wet snow all over me, and my ice cream. I learned a lesson, and always check the road next to bus stop before I stand there.

Hm. That second video reminds me of a certain person kicking a puddle at me, getting me wet. However, seconds later (seriously), karma strikes. Car drives by and soaks this person completely.
 
When my kids were younger we were walking on the sidewalk and a group of teens swerved to hit a big puddle with their car, and we were completely soaked. :(
 
soaked by being splashed by car? never happened to me. why?

Logic dictates that standing next to a puddle of water is illogical.

Hah, today I splashed some puddle water on a guy as I drove past. I think he must be from Florida, because he shook his fist and yelled something about a sun and a beach.

The 2nd one is definitely cruel and not funny. I have gotten sick from being wet and cold on rainy days. I am sure those people didnt appreciate that at all.
 
It is cruel to do that especially if people wearing HA or CI or cell phone, can get damage from that. I will be pissed and will catch the license plate.

Cop "No, a drive-by splash and some people got soaked."
Guilty driver "Is that a crime?"
Cop "the damage is estimated to be $100,000 in which the court may order you to pay."
Guilty driver "WHAT? HOW?"
Cop "One of the victims is a CI user. His processer was ruined. Other people had their iPads and iPhones ruined. So the total cost is around $100K"
Guilty driver "Oh s****! That was a bad idea to pull this prank!"
