not all homeless men smell bad. I had talked to few of them. They can get a shower at the Goodwill office and free clothes . There are some that live the same clothes forever and never take a shower .
There was a homeless woman that used the city pubic bathroom to wash up . I saw her in the woman bathroom washing up at the sink , there is only sink to use . I poured some of my bottled water on my hands as I did not feel waiting for the woman to finish her sponge bath , and wash her hair . It was sad to see a woman being homeless , she was young too and trying her best to stay clean

I have seen them bathes in the city parks in the fountains, ponds..ect.. They have since shut down the little kiddie pools because the homeless would sneak in at night and take a bath in private. NASTY !!!
some go to truck stops and take a shower if they have enough change to put in for the water.

The Salvation Army in my city has a shower for the homeless people to use. I was there b/c the COA office is there too and I had to use the bathroom, I had Finlay then and I freaked out when I saw how disgusting the bathroom was . The walls where black with dirt and I the shower was GROSS! I got out of that shithole fast , I did not want my dog in there. I wish the woman from COA had warned me of disgusting the bathroom was. The homeless people should be told to clean up after their self . I felt so dirty after that.
I know some homeless men will piss in the cemetery across the street from the park they hang out at. I have seen some walking in the cemetery
then coming out in a few seconds . Gross.

Wow. That's pretty heavy to hear.

For these who are marginalized a lot of times "Still, the thought behind it was good" is actually not so good.

IE: Professionals decide to force students not to sign by doing various physical things to the students. Then 30 years later "Oh. Still, the thought behind it was good."

We need to check ourselves to make sure we don't repeat that line of thought.

Sorry for going off the topic as this statement struck a chord. :ty:

Yeah, I'm on board with that. I didn't have a happy childhood either with the ideas behind my schooling.

Yet you went off on a real tangent here. This thread and video was just about a homeless guy.

Not everything is relative. :roll:
