wouldn't one of parents need be American before child can be classed as citizen..my neighbour was born in States parents brits and all he entitled to is American passport..
The airlines got take responsibility not allow pregnant woman fly plus immigration needs dealing with like do job properly.
WHAT in gods name do American hospitals do in delivery room to cost so much.....

Nope. You're born in the US, you are an American citizen. If his parents did not want him to be an American citizen and wanted him to be a British subject then they could have made that choice for him.

It's relatively easy to hide what level of pregnant you are from strangers.

Also, the births do not cost 30k to people who live here (if there are no complications). That can be the price that insurance is billed before the hospital and insurance negotiate a lower rate. The prices vary from hospital and from region. 2 years ago at a hospital in NYC a crotch birth was 2600 dollars, cash price. Just like Kate is giving birth in a private wing, hospitals may have VIP wings that charge a ton of money for a lot of amenities. There are at least two hospitals in Los Angeles that do this. Rich people pay, many celebrities, visiting sheiks, etc.

they came back to uk but he still use his American passport he only one that has one..not sure what good it is for him he in his fifties now,and that passport been problems to him
