Books that been banned in USA

Harper must given her consent to publish but I thought she bit passed knowing what going on...I know it sold out over here and they getting more in...I got put my name down for one.
Most everyone 16plus all over world must have read TKAM,most of us did it for English lit tends take edge off when forced to read it especially living here I not a clue what political situation was in America when I was 15/16 only when I read it again as adult saw film I understood ,so reading this be enlighting.
'The colour purple' was the other book we had study her Prose and they could be hard going
 
the author of colour purple dead I believe, saw interview with ophra I forgot that great writters name and to lazy to google it
 
Alice walker are you sure she alive,i saw ophra doing some form of eulogy..she just interviwed her then came back on screen said what great loss it was..i assuming it was alice walker bc opra mention she been in the film..have to say the woman looked a lot older than 71

Yup she is still alive and only 2 years older than me.
