I asked TCS, and he said that the Navy didn't use survival suits, so he never wore one. They used only life vests.
 
CNN were saying that the ship suffered power failure, stranded in the path of the storm. Ship sank in 15,000 feet deep.
 
The Coast Guard is calling off the search. :(
 
So sad, this just feels so close to home for me even though my husband isn't shipping any longer. The engineer from Maine was from a town close to my hometown, small towns where everyone knew the family for miles around. The captain from a town close to where I live now.
