Blueberry cobbler

oh, I could probably get some frozen, though frozen blueberries are expensive.

Besides it's more fun to share some cobbler with everyone:)

This was a new recipe, it was made as a cake ingredients with lots of butter, sugar,flour etc that was poured on the bottom of the glass baking dish. Mashed the blueberries with a potato masher adding a bit more sugar and lemon rind, spoon that over the top of the cake batter, pop into the oven for about 50 mins. Then col a bit and yum!

There are lots of cobbler recipes on line, this one is from Cooks country,(they have a PBS show) and it's called Texas style blueberry cobbler for some reason.
