I disappointed this version with bonus features are not subtitled, so please don't buy it.
Because Warner Bros ignore our deaf viewers from getting information or enjoying watching on bonus materials that needs for documentaries, deleted scenes, and commentaries.

I want to see 5-discs version of Blade Runner, but I buy it, so it already got
too late, I get this version
from 4-disc, because this don't have a theatrical version, I am confused
I wondering 4-disc does have a theatrical version because it possible
having a voice-over?

The one I have does include the theatrical version with the voiceover. But I am not sure if there are 4 or 5 discs...I will look when I get home and tell you.

The Blu-ray and HD DVD edition is 5-disc, though the DVD edition is only 4-disc.

I have the 4 disc edition, Banjo is right this is the DVD edition. It includes 4 versions:

The Final Cut, 2007
U.S. Theatrical Cut, 1982
International Theatrical Cut, 1982
Director's Cut, 1992

The first 3 discs are subtitled. That is the Final Cut, the Making Of documentary, and all 3 archival versions. The last disc, special features, is not subtitled.

I am happy with my DVD of the 4 discs. :) I don't care about special features including
documentary and featurettes expect outtakes, deleted scenes, and
alternative ending. This Blade Runner 4-disc is not bad for deaf and hard-of-hearing just like my own ways that some people would been interesting in some of those special features.
