3rd shift who work on Thursday night (usually start at 10 pm) so they will have deal with Black Friday in next morning, start at 5 am.

Yup, it is and my manager was almost decision about want all of workers to come on Thursday night but turned to change the mind in last min so only 2 people are off, I'm one of them.
