Bingo Anyone?

My favorite part of "Bingo" is when an individual yells it out and everyone else yells, "Sh*t! "

:laugh2:

That is so true. It's even funnier when I see someone actually getting all pissed just because another person had won the bingo game.

I'm like thinking - "Hey, It's not the end of the world!"

There are Bingo Halls. Some of the time, It is hosted at Catholic Churches. There are various places where you can play bingo at. It does not mean that it is only for old people to play bingo games, lol.

I know. that was for comical effect  I surely would like to go to one. Gotta find one around me.

My grandparents used to run a bingo hall for the local VFW chapter before the State of Arkansas outlawed bingo. I remember having to help hand out sodas and snacks at the concession stand every week as a 5 and 6 year old. The whole family pitched in to help my grandparents. There were old geezers going home with $500 a night. Now the State has reinstated bingo but only for charities. The old bingo hall my grandparents used to run is now in disrepair. If bingo were ever reinstated fully again Im pretty sure the community would rally around to get the bingo hall re-opened it was one of the few events that brought everyone together.

Occasionally I will run into an elderly person that would remember me or know my family and they would reminisce of the times they had at the bingo hall and long for it to be legal again so they could re-open it. I don't blame them.

I never play bingo so but yeah I know what it is all about i should try it one time but I doubt i will have fun cuz I'm not crazy about sitting at table and watching people win before me :P

I live near a bingo place..it was albertson store but shut down, changed name Bingo, people use that place to play bingo, I never went there but had played bingo before, at home, some events like at school. Now my grandma is addicted to bingo, she go to bingo almost every weekends. Crazy! lol I might go there someday with her, I don't know..too shy to ask her lol.

I used to play Bingo at Deaf Club every Wednesday when I was in England long time ago.

Bingo is not common here in Germany but US Army... My last Bingo with my American co-workers was at over 21 years ago.

I love to play Bingo! My local casinos have all the high-tech computers so no more daubbing on paper. But the closest casino is an hour's drive so I rarely go.

In my hometown, it is called DINGO and this kind is similar to bingo except that dingo use cards instead of chips.

For starters, You might would like to ask any of your friends if they go to a bingo hall or wherever it is hosted at. You can also look up on the phone book, google it up, etc, etc.

When you do, Have fun! :)
