Hypothetically speaking of course, how does a guy go about filing for one and what can I expect as far as pots and pans being thrown my way? :roll:

Dont duck...have them hit you, take pics of the bruses, make sure you bleed. Call pigs...she goes off in cuffs, file restraining order, leave a knife out,,,thats what she used to threaen you right? Remember that....its important. .by thr time she gets bail. you have papers filled...
Nuff said.
Usually we are one the recieving end of the above...now you know...just make sure those pots hit you....and like a euopean soccer player dive out your window.for good measure...
A word of advice...
Dont get married...dont do it.
Have all the fun you want and can have...dont sign anything.

As for divorce. check your states rules. i was married in and divorced in mexico so cant offer much here.for you.
sooner you do it the better. First blood rules the game
 
Well....you need to get a lawyer, and she will need one to. The one that files the divorce will lay out the terms of the divorce then it goes to the other side. Your wife may accept the terms or contest it. Her lawyer will state what she doesn't agree with and will submit her terms, and if you contest then it will go back and forth until there's an agreement.

This is the part that can get expensive if both of you have private attorneys.

Seems to be other meanings too...'course it's all about what you're talking about...I was a little confused at first....:giggle:
 
What about an adult coverstation about where the relationship stands.

Blitzkeg attacks from one side is prone to make other side turn nasty as well.

Just saying spilts can be easy peasy when both sides are cooperative
