Yeah, it's a fox. Translating the title it says:

(first 3 chracters, not sure but has to do with love) Cute kids - Fenekku's mama is cat !

Not sure what Fenekku was at first, it sounded like phonetic Phoenix as that were the fox's name. But I looked it up in the Jdic, it's a Fennec Fox.
