Best States To Find A Partner? (For the ladies)

Still part of NY. Besides I don't think I could stand it there. Tx for the suggestion. I want to venture outside of NY.

I might go grab a beer with a polar bear in Alaska.

LOL then there NJ is.

I was born in Long Island and raised there. I was a beach girl for many years! ;) Bet Long Island guys who look nice in bathsuit shorts. :naughty:

Lol. I want to get far away from over here. So no NJ, I would do PA. Btw does anyone know how to add multiple quotes into one reply? Its better than having different entries when I can just add everything together.

That video/whatever that is called, a clip perhaps is funny. Probably from some movie. Now that's a serious face plant!:giggle: That avatar is pretty cute too, wish it were bigger so I can see it a bit better.

I've heard about Maryland as well as VA. I will keep those in mind when I have car. In places like those you need a car to get around.

Well, in the metro area of DC (which includes some of md and northern va), a car isn't needed as there is an excellent public transportation system in the metro area. However, the living costs are HIGH in the metro area. The further you venture from the metro area, you would become more reliant on having a car. I guess you would get an offset with lower living costs outside of the metro area.

You would be surprised how much the housing costs drop off just 15 miles outside of the metro area.

EDIT: I didn't realize my avatar was small.. will try to somehow magnify it. Not sure.

My bestie lives in Nova, and her part a car is necessary. In the metro area, waiting an hour for a bus is still crazy to me, lol. I also have a cousin in Maryland...:hmm: I forgot about that, I should visit. He's closer to Washington. I'm a New Yorker so I'm so familiar with ridiculous cost of living. I will eventually leave once I'm done with college. I think everywhere else is better than NYC in terms of affordable housing.
