Since there is another thread created, "Best or Worst Wedding"...so I thought hey, why not create this thread, "Best or Worst Wedding Shower"...

I admit...My wedding shower was nice and received lot of gifts...BUT...I was not pleased with my sister for rushing me to open gifts in hurry so people could leave early...it stressed me out that night! sheez...

Next time..it will NOT happen this time! :D
 
I had wonderful wedding shower. No problem for me at all. I am sorry that you had very pressure about your sister. You should tell her that it is not her wedding shower and it is mine, I can do what I want.
 
i didnt have a wedding shower yet.. no one throw me one .. so doubt that someone will ..
 
i am sorry that your sister was rushing your wedding party sighs it was your party not hers sheesh

oh im sorry honey...when is your wedding date? is it this summer or fall or ? Do you live here in oklahoma? If you do, pls pm me and I will be happy to give you a nice wedding shower...:hug:
 
my bridal shower was so-so

Well, the party was great, but my ex-husband made me and my mother to arrive 1 hr and several mins late because he went last minute shopping (I mean LAST MINUTE shopping). Mom and I could have ditched him at the time, but... I didnt want to... He was to join us since there was my brother there, and he needed company... Well, my ex-husband didnt keep him company! :(

Anyway, oncce we got to the party, everyone was happy we were there, but ofc late... The food was great, the game was so hilarious, many gifts and moolahs were given, many family members and friends were there, and it was a great party... but......

The next day, my cousin (one ofthe bridesmaid & one of the hostess of the shower party) bawled me out with cussing and yelling and all of that... I kept telling her it wasnt my fault that we got there late... I tried to explain to her that it was HIS fault.. She wouldnt hear of it... until my mom told her what happened... To this day, my cousin STILL havent apologized... but she is SURE damn glad that Im not with that jerkboy again! :)

Ahh, my new love in my life does make everyone smile whenever they see him cuz he is soo nicce and sweet... Im happy again! :)

Good riddance, insenstive, careless, full of rage jerkhead! (sorry for my ranting in here!)
