i m an body builder myself so i suggest you to start with chest and tummy area since they re one of the most biggest musclar area and whatever you do dont ever drink soda they re protein killer and will take away like hours and hours of work y ou have done to build muscles believe me i had to give up soda so far i md ong well without it and no candy too they re bascially an energy killer true if you want candy go for it but i suggest competely sugar free since sugar well candy sugar anyway re an endurance killer just some tips if you want more tips pm me

I am trying to quit Pepsi, my bad habit weekend drinking too excessive. sigh... I started to eat alot of rice almost every day with chicken and meats.

Prevouis, I used to be seen my sister and taking her muscle pills and help her body become rapidly muscle developling... *ewww body turns into rocksbody*
I'm glad she is no longer taking muscle pills and have one son...

Anyway, you look good - muscle is good enough... not heavy muscle..
