thought it would be quite obviously a different environment, posted threads is different from live textual interactions, but knowing you, you can reason with some difficult people with apparent ease that im left amazed so this is definitely a welcome news to have you in this role at All Deafs.

Congradulation on your job position as a Moderator. I am glad you had some experience online Moderator before coming into AD. That is great. Hope you can put up with us if we are not nice and friendly, only hopefully you don't get us off the forum for bad behavior. Just kidding. :giggle:
