I'm with you on that There is a boundary to be set up with. Once we cross it, of course the banning comes in. It all has to do with the common sense

I never being banned or get warning here because I know and respect Alex´s forum Rule.. .It´s same as I did with every forums with no problem except one favoristim forum.

You break the rules, you pay the consequences. If there is a rule about posting screen shots and you post a screen shot, you should expect a penalty. I am sure that there were sufficient warnings given, which were not heeded.

I think it´s very funny.... I laugh soooo hard... Of course he can ban me whatever he likes because I never want to do anything with his forum...

I have been banned from AD before, and I believe I deserved it for violating the rules in some form or fashion. Consequently, you didn't see me running to other forums, bitching and moaning over the issue. Of course, I always have maintained respect for Alex and his decisions.

If anyone who get permanently banned then send e-mail to Alex then tell something such as apologize and Alex would give an deal with them. That's not my problem but this forum is great, more equality around here than many other forums.

Problem with this forum is happened in certain time then get deal with them.

I did not pasted screenshots to any forums but his own forum. I rather say DIRECTLY to him instead of pasted screenshots to any forums to against his forum. Very funny, he allow anyone pasted members´s post/PM from any forums to his forum and lock my thread quickly as he can and do not allow me to paste screenshot to prove him directly. That´s just he don´t like I said something to him directly... I thought he is glad to hear from me directly... I also thought his forum is freedom of speech or what?

No it´s not kind of warning and also not polite warning, but threaten to ban me permanently if I create a new thread again. (Thank God, I screenshot the PM between him and me to save it in my file because I do not trust his honestly).

I was banned last March without get warning... He only threaten me to not spread a member´s thread in hiddern forum to 3 ADers members VERY soon after a creator pasted 3 ADers´s post/PM. I was like eh?

Yes I respect him for not create other thread again. Surprisely he banned me because I did not create 2nd thread.. That´s just he banned me because I responsed a member´s post to defend myself. He did not say anything in threaten PM about "responsed to defend myself" but re-new the thread. I´m very lucky to save the proofs in my files which I did since last Tuesday to protect my reputation and proofs. I learn now to make more and more screenshots...

Yes, I don´t care. I do not continue but prove him that it´s him and a member who violated the Rules. I tried to solve with him via email and forward 3 screenshots to him few weeks after I was banned. He choose to deny it. I only doing to defend my reputation and test Admin. and his supporters´s honestly etc. It´s the best proof, I ever had is his DISHONESTLY...

He said last year that it against rules and if anyone who want to talk about members then do that in the public forum. RULES is RULES, period.

It´s his bad luck! Screenshot is an original than anyone pasted members´s posts/PM from any forums to his forum. He don´t want to see it is his bad luck.

Anyway, You didn´t visit here and there until today. I´m not surprised to see you here and of course you came to deny my post there. I know you are a friend of his that´s why you are being informed. When any problems comes then you are here or there real fast as you can... It´s good for you and other members because I can´t go there to defend myself .... See? I didn't receive kind of warning like this.

All what he do is accussed me for spread "information" out from hiddern area to 3 ADers and then threaten me to remove my title as SM. I was like eeh? because it's very childish talk and has no reason to accuss me with no proof. Is this kind of warning? No, but threaten PM and no form of polite warning he made toward me. This is an unexpectly PM, he made toward me... wow.

He banned me very simple without explanation the reason why I "violated" his Rule via email. A member here can confirmed that my word is true because she received the same time as me. I was like blaffed and has no idea what/how have I violate his rule because I see none.

I post yesterday direct to his own forum to prove him with original screenshot of his Rules what he made last year that a member and I did not violated his Rules but himself and a creator. I only doing to defend myself and my reputation. Unfortunlately he locked my thread and threaten me via PM.

I'm agree to one point that I still can't seem to understand this whole situation because it make no sense to me but I only know is he himself is a HYPOTHETICAL, that's all. Yes I only know that I do not violate his Rules, period. If I do then I would apology but I didn't. The problem is he don't want to admit what he did wrong himself but okay to paste anything from other forums and insult members. (Yes they still continue do that).

I do not have anything to intention to make negative, false, misleading, etc in my thread there but original screenshot and truth.

To defend my reputation, that's all. I have no intention to make further posts since I know what sort of Admin. he is and play favoristim on his forum. He only ban members, he dislike and forget his own Rules.

Because you know you violated forum rules. You would say something IF you know you didn't violate forum rules. I would do the same as you if I know I violate forum rule. Of course I would apology Admin. if I realize that I made mistake.

For your information, yes, I'm very stubborn when I see something what I know I did not do anything wrong and then defend myself against something what I did not. Why should I upset because I was being banned again for 2nd time yesterday? No, I laugh.

He banned me permanently is fine with me... It's his choice... I have no intention to ask him for 2nd chance because I has no interest on childish and immaturity forum. Why should I kneel down on the floor to beg him for 2nd chance? No Way! In his Rules, anyone are forbid to false screennames. Why should I try to false my screenname to go in, revenage or whatever when I have no interest about his forum then and because it's not my type. He falsed his screennames to other forums or blogs, I would not do that. What sort of Admin. he act. I see no excuse on his action as Admin. All what I say is I LOST my respect on him for that.

This is last and end of discussion and move on with my own life and have few lovely forums, I enjoy to make posts.
