Wrong! I am not exaggerating ! Did you even read the link I posted ?
The FDA allowed companies to have a certain number of rat hairs in their foods and that is why they have 'permissible filth'. Why else would the FDA even bother to have 'permissible filth' if this was not true.
11 Revolting Things Government Lets in Your Food
e coli butter and jelly sandwich anyone ??? Do you still think I am exaggerating ????? My ex brother had a friend that worked in hotdog factory and he went to see his friend there and that was the last time my ex brother ate a hotdog.
There is additional bureaucracy for food factories because they are subject to local mandatory inspection and they will cite if they find any pests, including rats in factories and all food companies usually treat the factories with pest control. If you find any flaws in food so you should call food companies and report, also they usually have serial numbers so they can tracking and correct the problem.
e coli is dangerous than rat hair so e coli usually come from poop so any food contaminate with e coli are thrown away, but in some cases, they weren't find until consumers experienced any illness or inspectors discover any problem with food so promote food companies to recall the products. I don't believe that FDA would allow e coli to be in food due to rat poop and it is serious matter.
There is one reason that I found your statement is exaggerate because food factories are subject to strict local inspection and food companies are responsible to make food safer for all consumers. I never got sick from packaged food that bought in grocery and all of food poisoning that I had came from fast food and restaurants. I have a very good sensation to alert the meat if they are spoiled or not.
I noticed you rarely to have any positive stories about food companies and businesses.
