Update

My daughter is still about the same.. but she'll get better soon though..

My uncle is showing improvements but not out of the woods yet... He was sitting up on the chair today. So far his lung isn't clear and is still on the watch to make sure he isn't building fluids in his lung. That's all I know right now.

Will keep your daughter and uncle in my thoughts and prayers...it's good to see that he's sitting up and hopefully he'll recover well--as for your daughter, strep throat isn't a good thing to go through, the pain of it is just simply a miserable one to have--and hoping that the doctor(s) will be able to find something that will greatly help keep her from getting it anymore.


In the meantime, will make this 'sticky'...prayers are needed! ;)

I think her dr is considering taking her tonsils out.. I'll know in 2 weeks if the dr decides.
 
:( Oh RebelGirl, this cannot be easy for you right now. You are in my prayers. I hope your daughter will be feeling better soon. Your poor Uncle, I hope they find the person that did this to your Uncle. In the meantime, may God watch over your uncle, so he can start to feel better real soon.
Keep us update on your daughter and your uncle.

Another Update

My uncle had an MRI and CatScan done today.. There was no bleeding in his head.. which is very good news.. So for now.. they're still watching out for his lung. Oh, he's deaf in one ear now. I'll have to convince him to come in here.. lol :giggle: nah.. he's not a computer freak plus he's very laid back so I doubt he'll ever join in anything except for playboy.. :giggle: I'm joking.. heh.. anyway.. he's doing better today. He should be in a regular room in a couple of days.

No, they haven't caught the van.. :dunno:

:applause: OH that's great RebelGirl, that you received good news on your uncle. I will pray that he keeps getting better everyday. I know God will take good care of him, and help him to get better and keep his lungs from filling up.

I hope your daughter keeps getting better soon.

Thank you so much! :hug: my daughter is getting better now. I think she's catching the viral now since the school is now spreading. Sigh! But she's getting better with her strep!
