You funny - they never asked me like that, police chief thanked me for alert them and they are mostly patrolling on road for safety reason since crime in our city is very low and only 2 officers on duty so they mostly pull drivers up and cited them for violation.

Even, state troopers and sheriffs are patrolling the road too.

Yes, 2 police officers (city only, not including sheriff or state trooper) on duty all time in my town and we have 4,000 population.

Alabama has lower tax rate so we can't afford to hire more police officers.
