Red scare. Nuclear war. Global terrorism. Nuclear terrorism. WW3 over scaricity of clean water. Corporate fascism... And now global warming.

Yep. Some people just are not very stable.

I have a tendency toward thinking in terms of "apocalypse" thinking. I don't mean that in the Bibilcal sense of the word. I mean as in it's the end of the world but I ask myself how realistic is this thinking so I can think in perspective. Much of the impact of the Climate change (if not all) will happen over a span of 300 years so it's hardly going to happen in an instant.

Some people can't think beyond their fears.

I agree.

Shame that the parents took it among themselves to end their son's life and attempted to take their daughter's life.

I also agree they had deeper issues besides just "global warming"

I agree. And my mother has always taught me that people that do those things are copping out.

They think it is a permanent solution to a problem. Which the problem itself is temporary. Perhaps could have been resolved in other ways.

Most murder suicide with children or love ones being killed. The killer think they are doing them a favor. By ending their love ones life or lives. So they do not have to suffer the aftermath.
 
When,
Two dumb $sses out of the way-goodbye abd good riddence-glad the baby lived, hopefully will have a nice normal family to live with soon. I only wish the little baby boy didn't have to pay for the parents mistake.
