Baby found in concrete

Something similar happened locally a few years ago. The victim was a toddler. The family first claimed that he fell off the Charleston Battery into the water, and they held an extensive search. Eventually, they found his body back at the family's property. It had been placed into a trash drum and filled with concrete. :(
 
sickening, no matter the reason is of death, still no respect for the human being. Worlds so messed up at times making me lose faith in humanity
