Im not sure, but we have tons of sparrows in our bushes, so probly just a sparrow.

No, it's not a chickadee.

It looks to be a Lincoln's/Savannah Sparrow or a Least Sandpiper? One of the 3, but in the sparrow family for sure.

I thought it's a robin with the lighter colored speckled breast.

Its possible as there are robins here but so few I have seen, but we have millions of these sparrows, they build nests in the bushes outside my sons bedroom window (front of house) if we are quiet in the morning and blinds are open, there are hundreds of them in there. During the early spring/late fall when the bushes are bare it looks like its growing sparrows. I will try to get some pictures but think we will be moved out of this house before fall?
