Someone did print out everything what we wrote. She is going to write a book about us without asking for our permit.

Alex, did you put copyright 2005, unauthorized copy or print from this site?

I got email from a person, she is doing write a book. Family and Friends are concerned about selling a book story from our comment.

We need to stop her to not writing about us. The misinformation being spread in the media about this family affair is alarming and damaging to my two sons and their grandmother. USA Today newspaper made their grandmother and relatives extremely upset. They accused me for comment with the report but I did not start it. I kept declining the comment with the media when he was guilty those charges. It has nothing to do with my family or me.

She has been obsession about him. I advise her to see a professional psychiatrist. I can understand, she is still angry with him. However, she needs to move on with her life. She printed out all of those pages from AllDeaf and other Deaf Form. I did notify both of administrator Alex Chu and Matthew Moore to protection ourselves. I do not want the publisher company print the book about us. We want to keep our low profile and move on our happiness and new life.

Please remove ALL of the threads what we wrote about him to prevent other people copy or print out of our stories. They will sell the stories about us.

I made a biggest mistake to posts in this site. I realize, it becomes dangerous for this family by lawsuit.

Oh dear, copy your information without get permission from you is not right, that's why I suggest you to check with your lawyer like what you just told us here today, then you will know for sure what you doing.
 
Oh geez!!!

I think it is out of control, there's nothing administrator can do about it because it is open for public, whether they are member or not can read and copy it here!!

Wondering if the book will be a best seller on the newsagent??? No, I think perhaps it is only for the deaf clubs/community or probably in a flyer pamphlet newsletter?

Remember lots of book publisher reject books-proof reading, as it is VERY hard like Harry Potter's author JK got rejected few times until the last one become the best seller.

It is sad to see your family went through bad times as its not their fault for what had happen with BB - oh dear, perhaps time will heal?

Yes, I did. Other people want to sell the story to make the books then going down to the Hollywood. Unforunately, he is famous Deaf con artist in this country which FBI is involved.

You will have to take this to Alex directly. He's the administrator here. Talk to him directly, and see what if anything, can be done.

I can understand why you want to delete the thread cuz u don't want anyone to invade your privacy and for this site and want to protect people from trying to stir up some trouble again and someone who did print the thread from this site must be nuts.. and likewise it's in past and he's in jail so I hope you get some help to get all threads deleted before it's too late :)
 
Oh my gosh, This person should not print out that isnot right thing to do that withour permission. Its legally..

I am sorry to say that any of your posts are not copyrights.....

Any writer do copy your posts and paste them in the pre-book/screenscripts then the publisher will write the formal request for the copyright...

I agree, they should remove the thread and they should not write a book about it. I hate to see it to become public and everyone get hurt from it.
 
Just like i said long time ago in bobby's thread.. you guys shouldnt talk about him or anything.. cuz they can use this against you in court or write book.... should have wait till the court is over.

Mods or Threads of this forums.. will NOT do anything with it.. since its posted...

next time if you want use against a person or thing. think about it..
 
I am sorry to hear about that Kalista. :( But I agree with some people here, that thread is already public to the forum, so many people already read through it (outside of AD), and moderators may not do anything because it has already been made public.

I hope it works out for you and your family, and hopefully that person's writings will be rejected by book publishers.
 
Well, since it's already "printed" and "being used to write a book" deleting the thread will do nothing. The source stuff is already printed out, and the internet probably has already cached the thread where you can't delete it anyway.

If you don't want what you say recorded, don't say it. If you don't want your writings to be kept forever, don't write it. Keep it all up in here, 'cause pretty soon even there won't be safe from mind reading.
