I don't think this is true. In fact, I've heard that 2nd hand smoke is worse then sucking on the ciggerette itself because with the cig, the smoke's filtered, and second hand isn't.I've heard that 2nd hand smoke is only harmful if you have a predisposition for heart or lung or throat problems..
My hubby got a prescription drug called "Chantix" from the
doctor. What he has to do is take the drug twice a day,
keep smoking as usual but what the drug does that it
decreases your cravings for the nicotine gradually! I think
after you quit, you keep taking the drug for a while till
you just lose the cravings for nicotine completely.
The doctor told him that his other patients had great
success with it so hopefully it will work for him!
Please pray for him for this drug to work for him!!
For he desperatley wanted to quit so bad..he is
hopelessly addicted to this bad stuff.....
It working good. I use chantix and I have not smoke past six months. It is worth to quit smoke.
Ahh! thats great! Im happy for you! Thats what the dr.
said, it has worked very well for some of her patients!
So far, it is working for my hubby, he is smoking less now!
so maybe eventually he will QUIT for good!!
CONGRATS! for quitting smoking!! Falcon...

I smoke only when I'm at college.
and dont forget emphsyema... which my mom have.. its worse than cancer... cuz u cant reverse the order of getting it.. no cure.... cancer you can cure...
Why mess with a cigarette to die from? A bullet is faster (and cheaper).
