Attention: Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing Consumers of On-Line News

Disability Rights Advocates (DRA) is investigating complaints from
people about the lack of captions for videos on internet news websites.


If you are deaf or hard-of-hearing and have tried to access video news
content through websites such as CNN.com, AOL.com, or FOX.com, we would
like to know about your experience.

Transcripts. Not just captioned news but transcripts of major events. I myself have had to search (often to no avail) for transcripts of political speeches and events. It is frustrating and exclusionary.
