Are those customer service helpful or satisfaction with your needs?

Sprint
TMobile

Mine with TMobile
 
T-Mobile and AT&T Mobility here.

I rarely have to contact them for problems, etc., but I would say I am satisfied with them.
 
I'm with Verizon (Although not on your list), excellent CS in my experience.
 
i am with at&t. very rare to call CS - probably once in my lifetime. heh. always happy camper.
 
I'm with ATT. I no longer use Sidekick in T-Mobile last year. I like 3G network with ATT Tilt.
 
ATT for over a year and haven't need to call Cust Service yet. I am happy with ATT

T-Mobile for long time. Always had good experience.
 
I been on the Tomobile cellphone customer service a few times on TTY directly (TMo's TTY). They're great service..
 
I canceled my t-mobile service since I been with them 6 years so, I am switching to AT&T service for better coverage.

According to my brother he have no problem with AT&T so far he good. And my cousin no problem with Verizon. So those two companies been around the longest. My brother did work with sprint before so they are rip off. T- mobile have very limited coverage to travel so I don't get enough power to sent message for emgerncy. Only two compaines verizon and att have full coverage when you travel so that good reasons to switch to them. :wave:

Verizon isn't cheap for deaf people, it will cost you $60-$80 per monthly for unlimited text and unlimited data, unlike att.

Verizon require you to have voice plan or special unlimited text for $40, add other $45 for unlimited data, total is $85 per monthly.

att pwns all carriers!!!
 
Not really. Verizon have EVDO coverage in my area since 2006 and ATT dont have 3G yet. If you have family member who use Verizon then just add line and no need voice plan like me.

ATT has pretty good customer service. I do not find a problem or a fault in their service. At least ATT is still working on developing more Deaf-friendly rates. Starting with TAP plan. Unforunately that TAP plan do not include Blackberry. Recently announced included Iphone. So that good start.

Sprint has Deaf Team to help out but I have heard too many negative comment about the Company that not appealing to me. Especially for coverage.

Tmobile - over my dead body I will ever switch to T mobile. I refuse to use Sidekick black/white to LG or Sidekick 3. Why? coverage sucks!

Verizon - too expensive but awesome coverage. I rather to go with ATT as reasonable pricing and 2nd best coverage to Verizon.

ATT and Verizon is the carrier of the future. They are offering things that will be the future. Its up to other carriers to follow their model. I just hope ATT buy out Verizon and have 100% coverage in USA. Nobody has 100% coverage in USA. I want to see 100% coverage.

TAP will never cover on Blackberry because RIM server is very expensive.

att will not buy Verizon, it will be big mistake and both of them are on different network, att use GSM and Verizon use CDMA.

but verizon is working to switch its network to GSM from CDMA next 2 yrs. so that shud be very hot competitive. verizon and att now own 700mhz networks for LTE(GSM).

merge ? oh boy... if that happens, i would leave here. too many employees...

Oh, that's right.

I don't want att to merge with Verizon, it's very bad practice.

It did happened to Sprint and Nextel, now... they are screw up.

I don't want you to lose your job, that's no fun if happen.
