AT&T cable tv down.......

Dang TV is out again. Rebooting it is not working now. I'm about ready to kick this stupid thing. Have to wait until Wednesday for AT&T to come replace it. ERRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!
 
So ticked off. Rebooted numerous times and still no tv. ERRRRRR!!!!!!
Lost all my recordings too. AT&T is coming out tomorrow between 12-4PM.

I really wanted to watch the Olympics tonight. I guess I will have to find something to read.

I feel really sorry for you. I know how it feels not having TV to watch. A friend of mine had to go through the same thing, and it bored HER pretty good, so I know how you feel. I don't watch TV that much, but still-- having cable keeps me occupied when I need to be.

Not the end of the world. I have to be on oxygen tonight so I was looking forward to laying back, relaxing with my dog and watching the olympics.
 
OK all you smart computer people out here.....what is the best way to watch tv shows via my IPAD? Also do they have CC?

Here's one I found: Watch ABC for iPad 2 and later. Be warned: limited Closed Captioning. It is open for your area, and free.
 
Another one is NBC, which also has closed captioning, and is also free.
 
Hmm. I see VLC Streamer Free, but I doubt it would work for iPad.

I have TV with Comcast and computer and landline phone with Verizon. Most of my neighbors have all 3 on Comcast and one storm Comcast lost power and my neighbors had nothing , I still was able to use my phone and computer to get the news and weather reports. I think if I had a cell I would be misplacing it all the time.
 
AHHHH my tv works once again. AT&T had to replace the whole box. This one has a bigger hard drive so I can record more shows.

Yay!! Hurray for AT&T!! Now you can relax, and let those toes heal. You should be in fine shape.
 
Yeah happened to my friend his AT&T cable bocce stopped working he had to replace it boy he was pissed lol took him few days to get it fixed cuz of his work schedule wud not able to get it fixed so he had to wait til his day off to fix it :) that happened last summer
