Ask VamPyroX Anything!

Hi

Do you know me?

I think you are a very nice guy trying to help the folks. that is him. ;)

What do you mean by that? If you mean literally, I would have to say... NO. If you mean figuratively, I would have to say... MAYBE. Yes, my room is messy. I am currently living in a lounge-converted-to-dorm room. The room sucks. I have ceiling-to-floor and wall-to-wall windows. Because of that, the room gets cold easily or hot easily. I only have one outlet on my side and one outlet on my roommate's side. The furniture is heavy and shitty. They look nice but not quite what you would expect in a typical dorm room. Other than that, it makes things hard for me to organize a lot of things. I'm hoping to put all of the shit into storage during summer so I'll have more room next year.

I am a NTID alumna back in early 80's. I am very surprised to hear that you lived in converted lounge. Could you tell me more about that? What do you covered windows with? Curtains? Newspapers? I doubt they would let females live in that converted lounge.
BTW congrats on finishing up the degree.

Are you exciting when your posts soon to hit 20K? :giggle: :):):)

Just a few more vampy! Just think youd be one rich guy if you had a buck for every post youve made.

BTW - are you currently enrolled in a university??

Vampy, when would you like to retire from alldeaf? :giggle:

If you're referring to the small windows around the doors... they were already covered with thick paper by FMS (formerly known as Physical Plant). If you're referring to the outside windows... they have see-thru shades. Basically, the shades are dark-see-light. During the day where it's bright outside, people can't see through the shades and you can see out. During the evening where it's dark outside, people can see through the shades to the inside and you can't see out. My roommate and I would have no problem changing clothes in the morning or afternoon, but go to the bathroom to change in the evening or change our clothes with the lights off. ;)

Nope.

I recently graduated with my second degree. :)
