According to the book, "Inside Deaf Culture" by padden and humphries,

"the maryland school for the deaf like elite preparatory school" p.11

school for the deaf means they are really snob people and have own money.
 
that why some people likes to stay in public school better close to friends and family.

I would say to a female friend, "Where are you going to high school?"

She said "She is going to Rugters Preparatory School in NJ"

I would ask, "do she have boyfriend?"

she said, "Yes"

I would think of...I told her, "I think you are really snob"

What girl will respond? What happen next?"

She do not care I will crying and run to mommy tell about prep girls then should i go to prep school or not?

really?

I have different story. I have many friends who go to private schools. They make their parents cry everyday because of awards and successes they bring to home. plus - they did a lot of community service. They are the leaders. I cry everyday for them too. I know one. His name is George Bush. I cried too.
