Due to before my Grandmother passed away, she said it is becoming a lost art.

What do you say to parents of a child, that is a bad influence on your child, with out causing a major disruption? When that parent is encouraging their child to hang out with mine, due to the parent wants their child to have better influence?
 
Maybe a "long talk" with ur child about how you feel?...(about the "other" child)...keeping ur child busy with another activity when the "other" child calls or comes by....friendships at a young age come and go!...If the "other" child's parents have no knowledge of what their child is doing to make you feel so concerned....then maybe it's time to have a long discussion with them.

Not answering your question but to discuss this.

The parent is already aware of her child's behavior. She is encouraging her child to hang out with mine to show good influence on her..

I have talked to my child about it. She hung out with her. She likes her but my daughter told me she is not her type to hang out with.

I already know I will have to sit down with the parent of the other child. She is a friend of mine as well.

A caterpillar that I kept in a jar, then it went into the chrysalis phase and I was heartbroken. I thought it had died and got stuck to the little branch in the jar. Turns out it was a Monarch butterfly that emerged, but I had already thrown it out. I was 4 years old.
