"California, the nation's most populous state, led the nation with 84 hate groups last year according to the SPLC, followed by Georgia with 65, Florida with 55 and New Jersey with 47."
Brian Levin, J.D.: U.S. Hate And Extremist Groups Hit Record Levels, New Report Says

"Confederate" states are not in the lead.

"Perhaps more disturbing than the small, yet sustained rise in hate groups, is the parabolic growth over the last few years in the number of anti-government "Patriot" and militia groups reported by the SPLC. These groups, which are categorized separately from hate groups, grew 55% to 1,274 in 2011, up from 824 in 2010. In 2008 such groups totaled only 149, while in 2009 the total increased to 512. Michigan had the largest number of "Patriot" groups with 79, followed by Texas with 76, California with 59 and Washington State, with 50."

Again, Confederate states are not in the lead.

they're hate groups... with specific hatred toward any form of "government". and corporations.

not to be confused with what the citizens and state governments want. Texas and the Confederate states have very strong sectionalism feeling. big difference.

What are your figures that prove the people in former Confederate states are more that way than non-former Confederate states?

BTW, what is your definition of sectionalism?

once a Confederate, always a Confederate. You do not really have a good argument that disproves my statement. and Texas has always been big about secession.

hate groups, really? they're criminals

And as more stuff like this happens, those groups will grow. It's inevitable. Just a matter of when.

Are you going enjoy to shoot people who support progressive, moderate and liberal to death?

Anti-governments and hate group groups have growing since 1980's so it isn't new for us.

Your remark about civil war is just silly.

What exactly is your statement? "Once a Confederate, always a Confederate" means what exactly?

They are not hate groups. How are they criminals? What laws did they break?

I really didn't think the court would uphold this part. I do hope the cops will use fair and good judgement. I don't think the Hispanic community will trust them....thus, desired and undesired effect at the same time.

Time for them to learn ASL. That way, they can avoid using their voices, which might give them away due to broken English. Also, as I said, avoid the midday sun.

It's a good idea. We could throw them in work camps for life. Make them build roads and stuff....and grow their own food. THAT is probably the cheapest idea.
That sounds like the way it is NOW. Only difference is the food they grow belongs to Dole and other companies.

Sorta, except in my version they wouldn't get paid at all....not even a few $$$

exactly what it means. if it ever comes to that moment, they will gladly and immediately secede.

That's not what sectionalism means.

I live in a Southern "Confederate" state, and there are no major movements here towards secession. People here relish the history, romance and myth of that era but no one is serious about leaving the Union. Anyone interested in that is way outnumbered.

source please?
I just repeated it from Posts 200 and 203. The source was in Post 200.

Maybe I should ask you for a source on this Confederate secession movement?

Ha ha ha...!

For some reason it was just funny the way you asked made me laughed.

When is Obama going to apologize to Arizona? I mean, he apologized to Mexico about Arizona, so where is Arizona's apology? Are they going to get one?

I got an email from Obama earlier stating he was in danger of being the first President in history to be outspent on a re-election campaign.

The ...first...President....ever.

That has to be disparaging news for the Democrats.

He is also the first President ever to apologize to a foreign country about one of our States upholding a Federal Law.

Friend --

I will be the first president in modern history to be outspent in his re-election campaign, if things continue as they have so far.

I'm not just talking about the super PACs and anonymous outside groups -- I'm talking about the Romney campaign itself. Those outside groups just add even more to the underlying problem.

The Romney campaign raises more than we do, and the math isn't hard to understand: Through the primaries, we raised almost three-quarters of our money from donors giving less than $1,000, while Mitt Romney's campaign raised more than three-quarters of its money from individuals giving $1,000 or more.

He must be going broke, they can't even hire an editor for his e-mails.

What's mindless to point at Democrats?

I smell bullshit.

It isn't very long time for Arizona to become more dominant to Democratic Party due to rapidly growing of minorities that similar to California in 1990's.

for........?

I think you're confused. in case you didn't know - Supreme Court struck down Arizona immigration law except one. So that means Governor Brewer should apologize to White House and America for wasting our time and tax money.
