I'm a member of a Walt Disney World forum, a dog forum and alldeaf.

What about you?
 
Yeah, some tend to be more useful than others. Some I'm active in are XDA (app/mod development), Android, Naval Warfare Project, WDWCP (Disney College Program Alumnus), and bodybuilding.com.

A former Cast Member! Cool!

Have you seen the Candlelight Processional in Epcot? I ask because I saw it once and the ASL interpreter was so lively and really into it.

LOL Must be a new attraction? I was there back in summer 1996, yacht and club beach resort host.

It's a religious (Christian) show they do at Epcot at Christmastime every year. Maybe they didn't have it back in 1996. They have a series of narrators reading the Christmas story with hymns and a choir. Marlee Matlin is one of the most popular narrators. She's there every year for a night or two, not as an interpreter, but as one of the narrators who just happens to be narrating in ASL.

How long have you been a member there?

I'm a member of several forums (a couple gaming and a couple comic), but only participated for a short time for the purpose of a few topics at that time.

This forum is the only one I'm an active member at.

Disney College Program? Were you part of it or you just a member of the forum? My sister was part of the Disney College Program.

Since today! LOL I've been reading there for years but signed up today because I have tons of questions planning our trip in July. and you have to join to post. I got tons of info from there, but today I decided to make myself an official Diser.

Today!? How did you come across disboards.com? Got a friend or family already a member there?

My sister is a Disney fanatic. She used to work there as part of the Disney College Program years ago. She brought back a bunch of Mickey Mouse ornaments for my mom. My mom labels them with names of everyone in the family. She has many more for whoever is born in the family. ;)

I'll have to ask her if she knows about that website.

I joined this website because I was bored. I originally reviewed a couple posts for a friend years ago, then bookmarked this site. A month later, I went back and lurked a bit before joining. Other forums I joined was not because of friends or family, just for the purpose of participating in a few topics.

Yeah, I joined today; that's what gave me the idea to ask about what forums ADers read.

I don't have any friends/family members there. I found it from googling questions about Disney World when we were going there a few years ago. There's so much information there, it's amazing. There's even a photo thread where people put pictures of items in the gift shops, which I love to look at since I love to buy Disney things. OMG tell your sister about that forum! People find these "codes"and post them so when you book your room you get like 30% off the rates. My parents love me for finding that!

That's a lot of forums. You active in all or any of them right now?
 
just 2. here and motorcycle. I'm not usually a big fan of forums.
