I downgraded to iOS 6 because of nasty bugs in iMessage and App Store (when click one app to update, cause ALL apps to update).

iMessage is one of important function that I use so hopefully Apple fixes the bugs before final version is release this fall.

imessage issue has been fixed in beta 2, the Apps update - there is a feature to have it automatically updated because it saves your time wasting updating the apps on your own time. A time saver.

I prefer to update some apps that have small data because I use cellular data when I'm outside of house.

Most games on iPhone has larger data so I need use WiFi.

iOS7 can updated (over 25MB or more) without wireless since you said it's automatically updated. Sounds too risk for data usage. I never like that idea of automatically updated. What's if I need open app right away and it's waiting for updated. I prefer manual.

With the over 25MB data download, that will not affect your data, it only downloads when in a Wifi area, just like how it works when you download a particular big data app. I believe that there is an switch off for the automatic update. :)

Over 25 MB is old.

It had increased to 50 MB now.

Less than 50 MB - no WiFi needed

More than 50 MB - WiFi required
