Go in and ask them, they will tell you they dont do the forms anymore and will tell you to go online. Just did mine a couple months back in April when I first moved out.
OK, I will find out someday. I wish I could get into the window service right there at my workplace, USPS but it's locked until 8 or 830am and I get off work at 7am. So I will stop by one of two nearest stations around my home one day.

From another link at USPS.com;

Note: A valid credit card and a valid email address are required to complete the Online Change of Address process.
So what if a customer doesn't have a credit card and/or an email address?

If you are unable to use a credit card and a valid email address, you will have the option to print the Change of Address form and then mail or deliver the printed form to your local post office.

I've got a story for you. I had a water leak happen twice last year, about February and November. They fixed the leaks (in the ceiling above the kitchen in the same general location along the pipe), but they did not replace the rest of the kitchen, including water-swollen cabinet, warped counter-top, and carpet that was damaged by both leaks. There is mold in the cabinet and possibly in the affected area of the carpet, which I still have peeled back in case it leaks again. The hot water line is partially blocked in the kitchen and bathroom sink as of the past two weeks or so, and I have asked them to get the water line blown out. They still haven't done it. This is in Houston, TX.

Does anyone know specifically what I need to do to get out of the lease? An attorney is not an option.

Thank god I live in a one-floor house, not an high-rise apartment. And the rent is only $410 per month. I just moved in three weeks ago on Feburary 7th.

And you have to do it online with a credit card, cost a dollar, i had to change mine recently, the PO wont do it anymore , no forms to fill out and submit freee....they are screwing us one way or the other too.

Really? I was able to change my address with the PO for free three weeks ago.

Nah. We've been able to successfully do this twice in the past year for our house occupant. We have a special needs person living in our home this year.

Maybe not all states are up to par yet, but here in Missouri thats how they are doing it now. I even whent back and told them I wasnt paying a dollar to change it online and they said I had to pay a dollar no matter what. Its not free anymore.
Shows the world is going to crap and they are getting ready to cut saturdays in a few months from now as well.

You should print this out and take it to them. Then file a complaint.

Not only that...a friend moved into a bigger apartment (in the same complex) and had to pay $25 for another mail box key....the first time it was $15.....
