There is a history behind why it is an issue with us with having the clothes being made in China. It is something that not everyone will understand nor get. Just stay out of it as it has no effect on your country and your life.

Since music is such a large part of opening ceremonies, I was wondering if deaf people liked it or not. CC does nothing for music IMO.

I think Beijing opening ceremonies with the drumming, was better then London. We all have are own opinions and it's ok if they differ.

Also, each of these athletes train their whole entire life for this time. I really don't care what country they come from. If they trained harder and win then good for them.

I agree , I feel bad for anyone that fall , and it does not matter what countries they come from.
 
Matt and Bob are more interested in the gay issues than the actual games itself. Like they are in solidarity and unity and harmony with the LGBT community. It is just an Olympic game!

As a European I am happy to share my support during the winter olympics. The Scandis, Germans and Austrians get my support, then the French, Brits, Russians and Norwegians.

Last of all if team Canada are playing the US then I will be cheering on the Canucks. Anyone who can beat the US at ice hockey deserves support.

Why are you really ignorant?

Many people are sensitive to wool products, so it doesn't matter if it is originally from US, New Zealand, Germany or other countries.

Wool sweater is only for opening ceremony only, not hockey team - they use jersey that made with polyester.

I'm watching the games despite my dislike of Russia's anti-gay law. These athlete's train hard for this moment and I am excited and happy for them. I have family members who have some of the same oppressive views that are evident in Russia. I don't boycott my family members. I do limit my interaction though, lol. I respect those who don't want to watch. It is your right to do so and it is not without merit. I choose to watch, because if I was an athlete I wouldn't allow the ignorance of others to stop me from pursuing my dream. GO TEAM USA!! I hope we get more medals than Russia, LOL!

BTW... I really enjoyed the team ice skating event. I hope they keep it.
