Anyone Watching the new TV show The Following?

I saw only two shows , one last week and last night and I think the show is really SICK! The ending of last week show was really violent and last night was very disturbing . I am done watching this show!
 
I am watching it, and I agree it is scary, but I am interested to see what happens.
 
I saw the ads for that and was intrigued but wondered if it was like some kind of horror thing or what...isn't Kevin Bacon in it?
Do you think it's a good show aside from scary? Maybe I'll watch...

That is Kevin Bacon. I started to watch it because his wife had a cop show that just ended, and I wondered if they take turns working.

And it has some very different ideas, but it does have cruelty. It is about one serial killer, and it follows the crimes that he has orchestrated and are being carried out by others while he is in prison.
 
I enjoy the show; it's dark subject matter and the things that happen tie it together. I know things happen in it that many people don't approve of; my kids won't be watching it. I've always liked his darker characters.

I think it more than scary. I thought it was really sick when the boy that was kidnapped was told by person holding him to put a lid on a bottle that had mouse in it to program the boy to kill people. I don't mind scary TV shows and movies , I don't like sicks shows and the Following is really sick!

If you like to watch people be burned a live and animals being suffocated in a bottle you may like it. I know I am not going to watch it anymore.

I can't see that much detail. I didn't realize it was a mouse. I thought it was a bug.

The man in a Poe mask that set a person on fire was very scary.

Oh Kevin Bacon was in some other movie playing what ended up being a "dark" character, something about a psychic experience he had led him to find out about some girl killed and buried in the wall of his house, anyone remember that one?

I can watch some violent or gruesome stuff but not animal torture.
Do they ever replay past episodes - like show it twice in a week like sometimes shows do?

Looks like on Fox on Monday night and replays on Saturday night.

Yes I remember that movie! That was "Stir of Echoes". Yeah it is a gruesome tv show at times. I think the tv show is slowly running out of steam. Having that many crazy people mesmerized by ONE man is really stretching it.
