Currently, SURGE is very hard to find in Bottles & Cans. Your best bet is to look in any location that has a soda fountain (convenience store, grocery store, restaurant, etc.). There are a few large chains which seem to carry SURGE on an almost national level:
Chuck E. Cheese - Fountains, although some are switching to Mello Yello (yuck!)
Fuddrucker's Restaurants - in their Fountain
K-Mart - Fountains inside K-Cafe's
Also, it has been found recently that some Big Lots stores have received out-of-date SURGE cans. Call your local store to see if they have it in stock.
