Lilysdad is right after all Mercedes owns Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep stock lock and barrel. The 2 companies merged in 1998 to form up DaimlerChrysler.

Too many ppl are unaware that the Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger and Dodge Magnum has more Mercedes engineering and parts in them. Plus toss in the Chrysler Crossfire that is basically the last generation Mercedes SLK Roadster with a different body. So ppl driving the newest Mopars are basically driving the cheapest kind of Mercedes without that snooty 3-point star on the hood.
That is correct. i am impressed that those Chrysler 300 owners are most satisfied with their american cars that has less troubles according to Automotive Magazine.
at that time i read some articles that after MB bought Cryster/Dodge, as the MB engineers looked inside these blueprints of cars, they were surprised how bad american engineers designed for those cars so they redesigned these types by following MD's ways so now it is no wonder why more people are satisfied with their MB's american cars.
I always like MB cars or any germany(bmw, audi, porsche) cars because they know how to make these cars that can outlast longer than any american cars even through these germany engines are much tiny but more powerful.
