Anyone like to use Ovaltine?

Very surprised to know Ovaltine sells in USA too, as it is British's drink, yes I was brought up drinking it as well as Horlick, have you tried this too?

Here we can buy it as it is import from the UK's.

Australian prefer to drink Milo.

I created a thread about sodium few months ago. I hope this information about soduim helps.
http://www.alldeaf.com/showthread.php?t=24553

You need to check with your doctor how many sodium level you need in your body. It could affect your health if you eat soduim/salt too much than level.

"Sodium" and "Salt" are not the same thing but I would say table salt and sodium chloride are the same thing.

Yes Sodium is a component of salt, which is including less % sodium and high percent chloride.

oh curious why?

I like your phrase under the banner in your sig.

UPDATE: Oh if you don't like Ovaltine, then how about Nesquick ?

not the bottled one.. I mean the powdered one..
http://www.nesquik.com/products.asp?page=powder

Maybe 2 tablespoon instead of 4 if use this one to 8oz skim in my recipe above.

For those who want sugar free as asked earlier may want Nesquick since Ovaltine does not have sugar-free in USA but I do not know if there is one oversea like UK or Germany.

Thanks!

I do like Nesquick...but not Ovaltine, I just don't care for powdered chocolate.

"Anyone like to use Ovaltine?"

The moment I laid my eyes on the aforementioned title, I had crazy notions that this thread discussed ways to use ovaltine without drinking it.

Darn!

nesquik.jpg

I love it!!! I don't need powder to make cocca and it seems taste different.

I get it sometime in morning at Vons, Ralphs or 7-11.

I think I used to drink Ovaltine when I was a little boy. I see them sold at several grocery stores, but have never bothered to buy some. I should do this and see if I like Ovaltine.

yeah but in previous post of mine that I mentioned that I realized I could have replaced "use" with "drink" but too late so I hope the mod will fix that for me eh...
