Anyone Heard Of Caption Tree?

Hmm, interesting.

Are the captions any better then those awful 'automatic' captions on YT videos?
 
I don't know. I haven't tried using it yet, but per the site, that's what they're trying to do...improve the captions.

What about speech to text in subtitles? I haven't seen any technology develop for sign language into text? Anyone have proper resources for that?
