Anyone having Sorenson problems?

Our vp is not working and for some reason the sorenson website's down. Anyone having the same problems?
 
Our is down too for no reason as our internet works perfectly and we have 2 VP one is mine and one is Nozobo and they dont work we try everything to fix iy, and we have D- Link under I 2 eyes and it don't work too even the WWW.Deafvp.com and the VRS www dont work. AHHHHHHHHHH i cant live without my VP. If something happens to it i will go crazy. :(
 
Our VP isn't working either, so it's the network outage they're having. I'm sure they'll have it up and running sooner.
 
my vp is down too... a friend commented that hers is down too.. i am compelled to assume that sorenson network is down all over the USA... maybe they are "upgrading" or fixing the system :dunno:
 
mine's fine just need to do the mandatory upgrade once a month thats all. do its doing that right now

eh i take that back sorry guys. it was working an hr ago when i made a business call then it went down afterwards ... so yah thier plby doing a server upgrade since more and more poeple are using sorenson the server needs to be upgrade....

I tested on mine...it is down! :( DARN! But I have Dlink though. It is working just fine. :)
 
Yeah I tried to make a phone call on my Sorenson vp and the speed dial address book is gone or invisible and I tried following the instructions in the VP-100 owner's manual. Not sure what is going on? I am baffled and extremely frustrated. I will have to go to the Sorenson website and see if they are up and running ???

What else can I do if the speed dial address book disappears again?

I already love my vp and can't live without it.
 
I wish they would inform us or our installer will inform us IF they were gonna do upgrades.

I just went to their website http://www.sorenson.com and the website is down :confused:

That may be it and if they are doing upgrades then that is fine.... Just do us a favor next time to announce it ahead of time, if that is possible.
 
Anything that is related to sorsenon, like deafvp.com is down, wish they would warn us about this......

Oh well, All we can do is wait and see what happens. I think before too long Sorenson should be back online as they are open 24/7 and 365 days a year. I don't think they meant to go offline maybe that upgrade was much needed and very necessary so give them time to get it fixed.
 
The only other possibility is that the system server crashed hence not being able to allow users to know exactly what's going on. There's another online site I go to and that site has been having server issues lately and will cease to function once it can't handle the load thus causing it to shut down.

Although, if it is indeed a server upgrade, etc., then yes, we should at least be given some prior notice.

Until it's back up, 'bad hair days rulez'! :lol: (no VP, no plm. :D )
 
In the meantime, I am going to go catch some dinner then be back later on.
 
I didnt know about it cuz I wasnt using vp cuz I was on the date. :D A friend of mine told me about it a the deaf social.
 
Yes, I had problems too yesterday. I unplugged the VP from the wall, etc. did everything I was supposed to, but still it would not work. But it was fine when I got up this morning!

I think we need to stop complaining and remember that these VP's are free and we are darned lucky to have them!

I already told Sorenson Thank you for the free vp and we need to be blessed that we do have the vp. God Bless Sorenson. They are doing their best to provide us with free vp for communication.

This is how I got my 2 jobs all thanks to Sorenson and Thank you Fei Ku for letting me know about the vp which helped me to get 2 jobs that were much needed !!!! I Love My VP !!!! :) :thumb:
 
:dance2: Dink I2EYE VP still works.

My wife told me yesterday that Sorsenon VP did not work so she used another Dlink VP. Yep, it worked. Why? Dlink I2EYE users can contact different VRS competitors via different servers.

What's matter with you, Sorenson users.......don't you like Dlink I2EYE VP?

It is good to have backup VP......
